RACE INTRO

Registration opens at 0715 and we will be leaving at about 0800 for the swim!

In your entry price you will get an event T-Shirt and official swim cap as well as nutrition from High 5 plus lots of smiles and fun.

RACE INFO

As usual, you will be fully supported by boats, paddle boards and qualified lifeguards.

Tow floats are recommended.

As long as you remain dynamically connected to the swim you are still in the event.

Registration is at Whitmore Bay Lifeguards before the coach drops you to your start line.

This is a non-competitive event but timings will be available if you want them.

SWIM WALES

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Swim Wales, who will be joining us for this year’s Big R Swim.

Together, Swim Wales and All or Nothing Events have been collaborating to establish a responsible platform for open water swimming in the sea.

Beyond the Big R, we are also developing initiatives to promote the growth of open water swimming throughout Wales.

Participants in the Big R can enjoy a Swim Wales membership discount at the time of registration.
