REGISTRATION IS ON SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST 2026 BETWEEN 12:00 – 17:30PM OR SUNDAY 30TH 05:00 – 06:00.

THE RACES STARTS AT APPROX 07:45AM ON SUNDAY 30TH AUGUST 2026.

There are three races this season, a non-drafting World Championship Qualifier, the non-drafting Triathlon Cymru Super Series 2026 and a general non-drafting race. The Super Series event will be televised.

This Event is also hosting a Qualifier for the British Triathlon GB Age-Group Team in the sprint distance triathlon race.

All races are on closed roads with chip timing. At the finish line you will receive a super cool medal and an awesome goodie bag, including High5 nutrition as well as other partner goodies.

Athletes will need to bring their home nations race day license or proof of ID and purchase a BTF race pass in advance of registration.

On race day our secure athlete-only transition opens at 05:00. All athletes must attend the mandatory safety brief on the Prom 15 minutes before their start time.

Once you have completed your swim you will enter transition before collecting your bike and setting off on our fast, closed road route and then return to transition before starting your journey to the finish line party!

At the finish make sure you collect your medal, goodie bag and hand over your timing chip!

We have our finishers ceremony at approx. 10:45 where we will be celebrating the whole race and awarding podium prizes to 1st, 2nd, 3rd Female and Open Category winners as well as Triathlon Cymru prizes by age group category for Triathlon Cymru members.

To ensure the event is compliant with the BTF Transgender Policy. All competitors aged 12 and over, must adhere to the BTF Transgender Policy.

When entering an event, please ensure that you enter the appropriate category by selecting either:

▪ Female category
▪ Open category

Only people who are female sex at birth are eligible to compete in the Female category.

All individuals including transgender people are eligible to compete in the Open category.

To participate in this event, you have two options. Firstly, you can become a member of British Triathlon as a Core or Ultimate member by CLICKING HERE, which activates your race license or you can purchase a single use Race Pass for your race.

You must select one of the race license options as we will not be selling race licenses on the registration day.
