Two options this year – either join us for the 8km from Fontygary or the 5km from Rhoose Beach!

Registration opens at 0715 and we will be leaving at about 0800 for the swim!

In your entry price you will get an event T-Shirt and official swim cap as well as nutrition from High 5 plus lots of smiles and fun.

As usual, you will be fully supported by boats, paddle boards and qualified lifeguards.

As long as you remain dynamically connected to the swim you are still in the event.

Registration is at Whitmore Bay Lifeguards before the coach drops you to your start line.

This is a non competitive event but this year we will be issuing timing chips.
