The SWYD AQUA is a one lap fully supported 750m open water swim in Whitmore Bay followed by a flat and fast 5km run taking all of the Islands landmarks. Finishing under the Eastern shelter your final sprint will be down the Promenade!

Each competitor will enjoy our usual goodie bag and super cool race medal at the end of this high octane race as well as the chance to win the Welsh National Aquathlon Championships.
